About Me
I am a graduate of the renowned Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Prior to that, I earned a Certificate from the Wingate Institute in Israel, where I worked for seven years as a massage therapist. Altogether, I have devoted more than 15 years of my professional life to providing massage therapy services in both Israel and Canada.
Through my experience, I’ve come to believe that regular massage therapy can offer a wide range of benefits—including pain and tension relief, improved posture, reduced stress, and enhanced physical performance in everyday activities.
My background as a former professional athlete gives me a deep understanding of body mechanics and the treatment of musculoskeletal imbalances. I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including individuals with spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological conditions, as well as seniors, pregnant clients, athletes, and the general public.
I am registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and am an active member in good standing with the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario.
In addition to my massage therapy qualifications, I have also completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University.
I speak English, Hebrew, and Russian.
